I'm doing very well and enjoy walking with the group when it's nice outside! Otherwise I'm walking on my treadclimber. I've lost 8 lb and 3 inches in my waist. As of week three I have logged in 12.61 miles. For this week I am already at 2.5 miles for the week. My personal weekly miles goal is between 2 and 4 miles. I do not plan to be there this Thursday because of the rain, it bothers my arthritis big time.
